They're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join a growing team developing cutting-edge cloud and AI products. This isn't a traditional engineering role. We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a deep belief in AI-assisted development and the productivity gains it can unlock.

What You'll Do
- Build AI-native products and cloud-based applications
- Leverage agentic AI development tools to accelerate delivery
- Own projects from concept through to deployment
- Work across multiple technologies and platforms
- Collaborate with a highly technical team of engineers, researchers and AI specialists
- Help shape engineering best practices in an AI-first environment
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience using AI tools to build and deliver production software
- Ability to spot, troubleshoot and fix issues generated by AI-assisted development
- Broad technical exposure across languages, frameworks and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent academic background, ideally in a technical discipline
- A mindset that embraces innovation rather than resists it
- See AI as a force multiplier rather than a threat
- Enjoy learning new technologies and approaches
- Like working in environments where things move quickly
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and evolving roadmaps
- Want to help define how modern engineering teams operate
