Role summary We are hiring an experienced Warehouse / Yard person to carry out day-to-day operations of yard and materials store.

You will work in a small team, control stock and site deliveries, operate plant and forklifts, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials to support project programmes. Key responsibilities for Warehouse / Yard Person Yard and store operations including receiving, storing, picking and issuing materials and plant. Take deliveries and collections with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams. Operate forklift and other light plant for loading/unloading and safe movement of materials.

Maintain accurate stock records, carry out stock counts and report discrepancies. Workin the yard to health & safety standards. Ensure yard is organised, secure and maintained (fuel, spill kits, waste segregation where applicable). Prepare paperwork and records for materials, plant movements and vehicle checks.
