• Hours: Full Time 6 Month Contract – Temp to Perm One late shift (12.00pm–8.00pm) every two weeks, which can be worked from home & one Saturday in 10, can also be worked from home and is paid at a 25% uplift. There may also be a few 10.00 am – 6.00 pm shifts too. Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week (8.00am–4.00pm)
• Salary: £13.29, increasing after 6 months

• Answering customer calls, emails and online queries – same as handling customers in-store, different channel.
• Sorting out problems and following them through to a resolution.

• Experience dealing with customers face-to-face – retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar.
• Comfortable talking to people and handling difficult conversations calmly.
• Able to juggle more than one thing at once.
