Monday - Thursday 8.45am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm.
Salary: £40,804 – £41,698 per year.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Support Co‑ordinator you will play a key role in the delivery of community services. You will manage care staff and deliver care services in line with Supporting Your Independence across South Lanarkshire Council
. You will oversee a team of Home Carers, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills, and manage the care for service users. You will work as part of a locality team assessing service users’ needs for care referrals and monitoring and reviewing care within agreed timescales. Excellent IT skills, dynamism and creative problem‑solving are required.
Applicants must hold a qualification that fully meets the SSSC Registration Requirements and obtain full SSSC registration within three months of commencing the post.

This post is excepted in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 2003.
