CDM Recruitment is recruiting an Outbound Sales Executive to join a busy Business Development team on a permanent basis. This telephone-led role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning new accounts and re-engaging lapsed customers.
You will work in a full‑time, office‑based role with quarterly bonuses for new accounts won and successful conversions. Monday–Friday, with weekends off and a Christmas shutdown, plus 22 days’ annual leave rising with service.
