South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Social Work Assistant to join the Home Assessment Team, covering East Kilbride and Rutherglen. The post is permanent, 35 hours per week, and focuses on helping people live at home independently, centring decisions around the person’s goals and choices.
Working within an integrated, multi‑agency environment, you will receive supportive supervision and CPD; you will contribute to discharge without delay and develop skills that impact future service delivery
