We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Admin Intern.

As an Accounts Admin Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the field of accounting and finance. You will work closely with our team of experienced accountants and assist them in various administrative tasks. This internship is ideal for individuals who are looking to kick‑start their career in the accounting industry and gain practical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
  • Assisting with the preparation of client invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Liaising with clients and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Participating in team meetings and providing input on process improvements
  • Other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books is a plus
  • Must commit to staying with us for more than six months
