Camden (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing efficient, reliable administrative support to managers and staff across the centre
Producing letters, memos, case records, and other documentation with accuracy and professionalism
Updating internal databases and maintaining well‑organised records
Coordinating and minuting meetings and events, including scheduling, venue booking, and refreshments
Managing inboxes and handling day‑to‑day correspondence
Welcoming visitors and providing occasional reception cover
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in administration or secretarial roles, ideally in a busy or multi‑disciplinary setting
Confident IT skills, including MS Office and the ability to learn bespoke systems
Proven experience coordinating meetings and taking clear, concise minutes
A calm, methodical approach with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
A discreet and sensitive approach when handling confidential information
