Tag Mix is a fast-growing live music technology company working with major venues, festivals, and promoters around the world. Our platform enables professional-quality audio to be synchronised with video captured at live events, dramatically improving the quality of social media content produced at concerts and festivals.
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Part-Time Office Manager to support the leadership team and coordinate the operational side of the business.

, ensuring internal workflows run smoothly as Tag Mix continues to scale internationally.
The position is part-time (approx.9:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday
) and suited to someone who enjoys creating order, managing logistics, and supporting a small, fast-moving team.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations of a small international team
- Maintain organisational systems, documentation, and internal processes
- Help implement and maintain operational manuals and training documentation
- Support hardware coordination between management, contractors, and event staff
- Coordinate pre-event planning with internal stakeholders and on-the-ground operators
- Ensure production requirements are gathered, documented, and confirmed (e.g., connectivity, rack space, access, schedules, contacts)
- Assign and coordinate with operators for upcoming events and deployments
- Book and manage operator travel and accommodation within agreed budgets
- Maintain and update a forward schedule of deployments, staffing, and logistics requirements
- Ensure post-event reports are submitted after every Tag Mix deployment
- Track operational feedback from venues and festivals
- Organise reports into structured client folders and internal documentation
- Maintain records and gather examples of operational outcomes and key client feedback
- Coordinate seasonal team training sessions
- Manage scheduling and logistics for training days and team meetings
- Maintain staff training documentation and operational guidelines
- Help ensure all team members follow reporting and operational procedures
- Manage calendars and scheduling for senior management
- Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and logistics
- Prepare meeting documents and briefing materials when required
- Organise information needed ahead of key meetings or client calls
- Compile company expense records and receipts
- Organise expense submissions from staff and contractors
- Prepare financial records for the company accountant
- Prepare, issue, and track client invoices (including PO tracking and follow-up on overdue invoices)
- Coordinate communication between team members, contractors, and management
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure internal deadlines are met
- Maintain professional communication across the organisation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office management, administration, or operational project management
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing calendars, travel, and scheduling
- Strong spreadsheet and document management skills
- Experience coordinating remote or distributed teams
- Experience supporting small businesses or startups
- Spanish language skills (useful but not required)
- Naturally organised and reliable
- Calm, practical, and solutions-focused
- Professional and discreet

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Working Pattern- Part-time role
- Approx.
9:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday - Office-based in Camden, London
Optional: if you want any WFH at all, state it explicitly, e.g. “1 day per week from home after probation.” If you don’t, don’t hint at it.
Compensation- Approximately £22,500 per year
, depending on experience
