A welcoming and vibrant primary school in Brent (NW6) is seeking an experienced and personable School Administrator to join their team immediately.
This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for pupils, parents, and visitors.

The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Managing the school reception and handling enquiries (phone, email, and in person)
Maintaining accurate pupil records using Arbor or SIMS
Supporting attendance, admissions, and general administrative processes
Assisting the senior leadership team with day-to-day school operations

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a school administrative role is essential
Proficient in Arbor or SIMS (required)
A bubbly, friendly, and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
