We are seeking a highly organised and detailed orientated individual whowill be responsible for a wide range of Office Administrative tasks, whilst ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.

• Develop,implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures across the company operation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards ISO 1400, 9001 & 45001
• Fleet management
• Postal and office duties
• Telephone and website enquiries
• Liaising with staff in different departments and with external contacts
• Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
• Issuing quotes and proposal for potential business
• Ordering office supplies
• Managing the office storage (materials and uniform orders)

Youwill have 6 months to 1 year HR experience

Abilityto work with volume and in a fast-paced environment

Havegoodexcel and work skills as well as professional email etiquette

Highlevel of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
