Project Manager

Role – Construction Project Manager – Cut & Carve / RC Works

Location – Central London

Rate - £450 per day

We are seeking a competent Construction Project Manager for a Cut & Carve project starting at the end of August in Central London.

This role would be ideal for a Senior Site Engineer looking for a role as a Project Manager.

Responsivities:

* Overall delivery of the project to programme, budget, and specification

* Leading and developing the project and site management team

* Managing the complexities of cut & carve and structural refurbishment works

* Owning the client relationship and chairing project and design team meetings

* Driving health, safety and quality across all works

* Coordinating subcontractors, logistics and the sequencing of a constrained City site

Required:

* Strong understanding of complex City of London delivery and its logistical demands

* Excellent client-facing and leadership skills

* Relevant qualifications and tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid);
Civil Engineering degree or similar.
