Site Manager​/Project Manager

HVAC Site/Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site / Project Manager to join our small growing team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork, with experience delivering commercial projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers

* Attending site and client meetings

* Managing project programmes, budgets and procurement

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

* Proven HVAC Project Management experience

* Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Experience producing and reviewing:

* RAMS

* QA/QC documentation

* Technical submittals

* Strong pre-construction experience, including design reviews, value engineering and consultant coordination
