You will provide commercial leadership across contractor pricing, variations, valuations and cost management, bringing Schedule of Rates expertise to strengthen in-house capability.
You will lead a specialist team, challenge pricing, and drive value for money across repairs programmes, working with stakeholders while maintaining independence from budget and payment
