Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable team in Camden, London. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations. Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Providing outstanding customer service and managing vehicle service enquiries
Booking vehicles for service and repair appointments efficiently
Advising customers on mechanical work required and associated costs
Facilitating clear communication between customers and workshop teams
Maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date service records
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive services and manufacturer standards
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks effectively
