The Role – Cover Supervisor

A mixed, mainstream secondary school based in the London Boroughs of Brent/Camden is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join their team ASAP. You will be responsible for supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and follow pre-set lesson plans across KS3, KS4, and KS5 (ages 11–18).

The role requires strong behaviour management skills, confidence working across a range of subjects, and the ability to maintain a positive and focused learning environment. Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting is essential.
