The role – Learning Support Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting after half term. Trials will be held next week. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, providing in-class support, delivering targeted small-group interventions, and offering emotional and behavioural support where required.

You will work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN department to ensure students receive tailored, effective support. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and committed to making a meaningful difference. Previous experience supporting SEND students or working in a school setting is highly desirable.
