As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across KS1 or KS2. This is not a passive support role—you will be an integral part of the classroom team.

Key Responsibilities

* Support class teachers to ensure all pupils access the curriculum

* Deliver targeted small-group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy

* Provide occasional class cover during short-term teacher absence

* Support pupils’ social and emotional development
