An Outstanding-rated primary school in Camden is seeking a committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team from February 2026 (after half term). This is a full-time, term-time-only position

• Position: Year 2 Teacher
• Start Date: February 2026 (After Half Term)
• Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
• Salary: Inner London MPS (Dependent on Experience)

As a Year 2 Teacher
, you will be responsible:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Maintaining strong but fair behaviour management
• Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing progress and supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes
• Working collaboratively with KS1 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

This role would suit an enthusiastic and reflective Year 2 Teacher who thrives in a high-performing school environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally as a Year 2 Teacher
• Strong understanding of phonics, early reading, and KS1 assessment
• High expectations for behaviour, progress, and attainment
