Immediate Start until July 2026
Working Hours:
8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Term Time Only)

Roleand Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students within the Autism Unit.
- Cooperative with the class teacher and therapists to implement personalized learning programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assist students in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Relevant experience working with children with autism is highly desirable.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning Support or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with autism.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
- Salary starting at £100 a day
