Position: Behaviour Mentor (Temporary)
Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - Camden - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - £90-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who may display challenging behaviour.

Your role will involve providing consistent support to help pupils manage their emotions, encourage positive behaviour habits and remain engaged in learning. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive and proactive, using effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour and strengthen pupils' social and emotional development. Experience working with children who have behavioural needs is highly desirable.

Located in the borough of Camden, this welcoming and inclusive primary school is an 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school caters to boys and girls aged 3-11 and is committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where pupils feel safe, valued and encouraged to achieve their potential. There is a strong emphasis on wellbeing and inclusion, with tailored support available for pupils with SEN, including SLCN and ADHD.
