• Deliver short literacy activities planned with the class teacher.

• Track participation and progress accurately for the teaching team.

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues.
• Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
