Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration

Operational Duties
  • Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Deliver reactive and planned maintenance works to a high standard
  • Follow established operating procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Champion Risk & Safety practices to minimise service disruption and maintain site resilience
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance technical service delivery
  • Demonstrate a proactive, continuous improvement mindset focused on service quality and reliability
Desired Experience & Technical Skills
  • HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) status (refresher training available)
  • Current IEE Wiring Regulations or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification
  • HNC or HND in Engineering
  • Confined Space Authorised Person (refresher training available)
  • Mechanical Pressure Systems Authorised Person (refresher training available)
  • IOSH certification
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in an electrical or mechanical discipline
  • Previous experience working within a critical engineering or high-reliability facility
  • Strong PC literacy, including experience with BMS and digital control/monitoring systems
Work Location & Pattern
  • Rotational 12-hour shift pattern covering both day and night shifts
  • Flexibility to support the team outside scheduled shifts when required
