Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team based at a commercial site near Tottenham Court Road.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking to secure a stable Monday to Friday position while gaining further technical development through guaranteed HV and LV training.
The role offers a basic salary of £48,000, regular overtime opportunities and strong long‑term progression within a professional commercial maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across electrical building services
- Attend reactive maintenance and electrical breakdowns
- Fault find and diagnose electrical issues
- Carry out lighting and emergency lighting maintenance
- Complete electrical testing and minor remedial works
- Maintain plant rooms and associated electrical systems
- Complete site paperwork, logbooks and compliance documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the engineering team
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
- Fully electrically qualified
- Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent
- 18th Edition preferred
- Experience with in commercial building maintenance
- Strong electrical fault-finding ability
- Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Professional and client-facing approach
- Keen to develop technically and undertake HV/LV training
- £48,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
