In this role you will:

• Oversee technology risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Advise senior leadership on technology and cybersecurity risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Embed effective risk management frameworks and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Strong understanding of the Banks Risk Management framework, is desirable.
• Understanding of Risk Management, including Technology Controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with an ability to challenge and influence where necessary.
• Ability to interpret and utilise complex data to form decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role can be based in Birmingham or Sheffield (Hybrid).
