My client is seeking an ambitous Client Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with strong bureau experience, expertise managing outsourced vendors, and a forward-thinking approach to process improvement and technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients

* Lead and develop a payroll team

* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements

* Act as senior escalation point for complex client queries

* Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and third-party providers

* Drive continuous improvement and modernisation of payroll processes

Skills They Look For

* Proven payroll bureau or multi-client payroll management experience

* Strong knowledge of UK payroll compliance

* Experience managing outsourced vendors

* Team management experience
