We’re hiring a Tik Tok Shop & Creator Commerce Lead to build and scale ripple²’s Tik Tok Shop and creator ecosystem from the ground up. This is not traditional influencer marketing. It’s performance-first, commercially focused, and accountable to revenue.
You’ll design and lead a Tik Tok Shop strategy built on:
- high-volume creator content
- rapid creative testing
- tight feedback loops
- relentless optimisation against GMV, CPA, and ROAS
You’ll turn creators into an acquisition channel, not just brand awareness.
You’ll work cross-functionally with paid media, creative, and e-commerce to make Tik Tok Shop one of ripple²’s most important growth levers.
ReportingYou’ll work directly with the founders and Head of Performance & Digital with real ownership and autonomy.
This is a high-impact role with the freedom to test, build, and scale quickly. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to run their own channel like a mini business inside the company.
What You’ll Do 50% Creator Community Building & ManagementBuild and scale a high-performing network of Tik Tok Shop creators and affiliates. Launch challenges, incentives, and always-on programs that drive daily content and consistent sales.
Identify winning hooks, formats, and trends. Turn insights into clear, revenue-focused briefs that creators can execute at scale.
10% Performance Analysis & IterationTrack GMV, CPA, ROAS, and content performance. Double down on what works, kill what doesn’t, and continuously improve output.
10% – Platform & Partner ManagementOwn relationships with Tik Tok Shop reps, agencies, and internal teams to maximise growth and operational efficiency.
Ideal ProfileYou’ll likely thrive here if you:
- Have proven experience scaling Tik Tok Shop or creator commerce into a meaningful revenue channel
- Have built or managed large creator communities or affiliate programs
- Think like a performance marketer, not a brand marketer
- Are comfortable managing high volumes of content and rapid testing cycles
- Understand what makes short-form content actually convert, not just get views
- Are fluent in metrics like GMV, CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Are organised, proactive, and great at motivating creators
- Enjoy fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Experience in DTC or Shopify brands
- Experience working closely with paid social teams
- International or US market experience
