Tech Support – Broadcast Studios

? We’re looking for someone with strong IT skills and a genuine interest in broadcast studios to help keep our station running smoothly.

This isn’t live gig sound or basic helpdesk stuff – it’s the world of playout systems, audio routing, streaming encoders and all the messy little details that keep a station on-air. If you like solving problems, figuring out why something broke, and making tech behave, this is for you.

• Support and maintain our broadcast studios and streaming setup

• Troubleshoot playout software (Play It Live), audio interfaces, encoders and networks

• Help us keep shows live and audio quality rock-solid

• Work with the team to improve workflows and studio reliability

• Strong IT skills and technical curiosity

• Some experience in a radio or broadcast studio environment (student, community or commercial)

• A grasp of audio signal flow, network basics and playout systems

• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and isn’t scared to get under the hood
