The Role As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to:
Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. What youll need tosucceed Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1years Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
