£28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £40,000) + Company Benefits + Progression + Company Bonus + Monday - Friday + Training

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in Account Management within the electrical industry, where you will receive full training, manage customer accounts, work on global projects, and have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings?

This global cable supplier provides power, data and control cable solutions to industries including rail, mining, renewables, oil and gas, construction and infrastructure. Operating in over 120 countries worldwide, the business generates a turnover exceeding £200 million and is recognised for its technical expertise, quality assurance and project support.

In this role, you will join the End User Team and receive full training to develop your knowledge of the company's products, customers and industry. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, prepare quotations and technical submissions, and support projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Working closely with customers, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will develop your commercial and technical skills while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

This role would suit a Graduate looking to start a career in Account Management or sales within the electrical, engineering or manufacturing sector, with strong earning potential and clear opportunities to progress.

The Role:

Manage and develop customer accounts
Build long-term relationships with clients
Prepare quotations and technical submissions
Support projects from enquiry through to delivery
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pmThe Person:

Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Commercial or a related discipline
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with a desire to build a career in Account Management
Organised and confident working with customers
Keen to learn technical products and develop within the electrical industry
