What You’ll Be Doing- Provide an efficient and effective service to residents and the Neighbourhoods team, enabling estate-based teams to focus on the most urgent or complex issues.
- Manage and let the council’s non‑residential assets, including garages, parking spaces and sheds.
- Process orders for keys and fobs in collaboration with the Council’s Customer Service Team.
- Respond promptly to resident enquiries, providing acknowledgement and escalating urgent cases as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a positive and thriving living environment.
- Passionate about delivering services that put residents at the heart of everything you do.
- Caring, proactive approach and solution‑focused mindset.
- Strong communicator capable of building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and partners.
- Organised, detail‑focused with the ability to manage enquiries, update systems accurately and progress work efficiently.
- Comfortable using digital systems and handling administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and coordinating actions.
- Experience or interest in managing non‑residential assets such as garages, sheds and parking spaces.
- Enhanced DBS check required; exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
