Description
You will be the Program Quality Engineering Supervisor for the Quality Program Team. Our team is responsible for driving quality excellence across the entire program life‑cycle—from proposal and contract review through start‑up, development, production, and sustained support.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Quality Engineering Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead implementation and execution of program quality requirements across all phases of the lifecycle.
- Conduct contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain an effective Quality Program Team business rhythm.
- Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, nominate risks and opportunities, and drive “Return to Green” corrective actions.
- Schedule and perform quality audits, ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current, and fully implemented.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
-This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher or equivalent experience/combined education
- Ability to manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
- Knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen
- STEM Degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred
- Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
- Experience in Six‑sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
