The Maintenance Director will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate services with other departments, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead a team, manage work schedules, handle administrative tasks, and maintain equipment and supply levels.

• Supervise daily maintenance functions and staff
• Schedule and assign work orders
• Complete necessary reports and safety documentation
• Implement safety and infection control measures

• Minimum 10th-grade education (technical school preferred)
• At least 6 months of maintenance experience in a health-related facility
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in various facility environments and handle equipment
