Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Camden, AR team. The Senior Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.

Conduct daily safety walks of areas.

Manage the job functions for each team member and program.

Plan the production for each week.

Address all issues reviewed with team.

Approve team member’s time.

Review metrics for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant Operations Management  lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Management experience.
