We are seeking a Sr. Associate Manufacturing Engineer to specialize in Manufacturing Planning in Camden, AR. This role will plan and optimize production operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Schedule: 4/10 employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week, Shift A

• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
• Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, with exposure to manufacturing planning.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
