Position: Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Machining - Sr Staff

Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Machining - Sr Staff

Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing efficient CNC machining processes to produce high-quality production parts.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and revising CNC machining programs for production parts
  • Verifying CNC programs through prove-outs on production machines
  • Specifying and controlling work holding and tooling
  • Creating and revising manufacturing work instructions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues on the shop floor
  • Training production machine operators
  • Assisting in the acquisition and installation of new machines and tooling
  • Training other manufacturing engineers
  • Adopting new technology and/or automation into machining processes
