Our team is responsible for driving quality excellence across the entire program life‑cycle—from proposal and contract review through start‑up, development, production, and sustained support.

As the Program Quality Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality outcomes.

• Lead implementation and execution of program quality requirements across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Conduct contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain an effective Quality Program Team business rhythm.
• Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, nominate risks and opportunities, and drive “Return to Green” corrective actions.
• Schedule and perform quality audits, ensuring Quality Assurance Plans are documented, current, and fully implemented.
