• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants.

• At least one year experience as a manager, preferably with restaurant or service background.
• Excellent references.
• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
