• No experience required; bonus points for experience in customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, and fast-food restaurants
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old

Team Member employees are compensated based on skills and experience. The exact salary varies by location and other factors and will be discussed during the hiring process. The typical starting hourly wage ranges from $8.00 to $18.00, with specific ranges for certain states:

• General: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
