As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Specialist in Camden, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service while patrolling a dynamic aerospace and defense location. This role requires both an active armed guard card/license and a valid driver’s license to meet driving and/or armed post requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.81 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Wednesday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sunday: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols set for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, with particular attention to areas relevant to the aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel to help to deter potential threats.
• Maintain a visible presence on location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required for armed patrol posts.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on observations, incidents, and activities during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support a secure environment in accordance with location requirements.

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
