General Maintenance Spec - 1st Shift

Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.

• Basic computer skills
• Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 Years of industrial maintenance experience
• Boilers license

• Hydraulics and pneumatic experience
• Boilers license
• 3 years industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of shop tool use and safety
• Precision tool knowldge and use
• Ability to read blue prints
• Ablitiy to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to cut and weld

Full-Time Salary Range: $45200.00 - $84000.00
