FirstPRO, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead a newly opening Delaware branch, owning safety, customer retention, revenue growth, and gross margin. You will manage 10 crews and ~40 field employees while building trusted customer relationships and supporting renewals and account growth.
Direct daily operations, balance labor, equipment, and scheduling to deliver high-quality service. On-site with 7:45am–5:00pm schedule, some initial travel to Delaware offices for training.
