Key Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradesmen and equipment operators
- Prepare and clean job sites
Skills & Qualifications
- Physical endurance; able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
- Basic communication skills, punctuality, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma preferred
- Work performed indoors and outdoors, various weather
- Extended hours possible
- Physically demanding labor involving heavy lifting
- Must adhere to all safety standards and protocols
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Post warning signs and maintain clean work spaces
- Follow supervisor instructions closely
- Manual tools and power tools for general tasks
