What You’ll Do- Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to promote student success.
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture that encourages participation and achievement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with families and team members.
Competitive Salary: $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
