About the Facility

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Camden known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated Rate Range: ≈$35-45/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current ME license (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about improving patient quality of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
