Summary:
This is a Per Diem, Evening shift position.
Unit Bio:Under direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of the nursing practice.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
One year of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $27.27to $36.88 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determinedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
