Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Pay Rate: $70/hour
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead nursing staff, coordinate unit operations, and promote safe, high-quality patient care. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily nursing unit operations and patient care activities.
- Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility policies.
- Monitor patient outcomes and promote quality improvement.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Support staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license accepted in Maine.
- Previous nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate patient care effectively.
- Knowledge of nursing standards and patient safety practices.
