Valuation Bookings Administrator role overview - what does a Valuation Bookings Administrator do?

We are looking for a positive attitude, professionalism and good customer values, after all we want our Clients to enjoy dealing with you.

• Coordinating and booking valuation appointments – over 50 a week, so needs to be organised
• Managing the valuations diary and follow-ups
• Acting as first point of contact for clients
• Front of house duties and professional client reception with Blue Chip daily visitors
• Liaising with valuers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Following a recent change, we’re now seeking a Valuations Bookings Manager / Front of House to support our busy valuations department. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, client-focused, and comfortable managing valuation appointments with varied and flexible hours.

• Confident, professional, and personable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experienced in valuations, property, or appointment-based roles (preferred, not essential)
• Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and priorities
