An exciting opportunity to join the team behind Rao’s Homemade, a fast-growing premium brand rooted in tradition and renowned for its uncompromising quality. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Sr. Brand Analyst to support the Rao’s Sauce business within our Distinctive Brands division.
What You Will Do- Champion Rao’s distinctive brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
- Support the delivery of monthly consumption and demand forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning and Sales Strategy via the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Own and analyze business performance metrics to uncover insights and optimize strategy.
- Lead commercialization projects (e.g., line extensions, renovations) through the stage gate process, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor competitive activity and macro/category trends to identify growth opportunities that inform future brand strategy.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years experience in CPG Brand Management or related experience (e.g. Demand Planning, Finance, Consulting). Note that MBA may count for additional experience.
- MBA
- Experience in food or beverage industry
- Experience with consumption tools (Circana, Nielsen)
- Experience managing a marketing budget
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $71,500 and $102,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
