An exciting opportunity to join the team behind Rao’s Homemade, a fast-growing premium brand rooted in tradition and renowned for its uncompromising quality. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Sr. Brand Analyst to support the Rao’s Sauce business within our Distinctive Brands division.

• Champion Rao’s distinctive brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
• Support the delivery of monthly consumption and demand forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning and Sales Strategy via the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Own and analyze business performance metrics to uncover insights and optimize strategy.
• Lead commercialization projects (e.g., line extensions, renovations) through the stage gate process, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor competitive activity and macro/category trends to identify growth opportunities that inform future brand strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years experience in CPG Brand Management or related experience (e.g. Demand Planning, Finance, Consulting). Note that MBA may count for additional experience.

• MBA
• Experience in food or beverage industry
• Experience with consumption tools (Circana, Nielsen)
• Experience managing a marketing budget

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $71,500-$102,800.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
